Fax: +33 (0)4 50 84 27 48 &#8211; Email: <a rel=\"noopener\">regie@rocdenfer.com<\/a><br \/>\nSIRET: 824 092 886 00012<br \/>\nEU VAT Number: FR94 824 092 886 00012<\/p>\n<p>The purchase of a pass implies the knowledge and acceptance by the individual (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;the client&#8221;) of all these GTCU, without prejudice to usual means of recourse.<\/p>\n<p>If any provision of these terms is found to be lacking, it shall be considered to be governed by the customary practices in the ski lift industry for companies headquartered in France.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bf1de5d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bf1de5d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 1: The Pass<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-97b191e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"97b191e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Pass consists of a medium on which a transport ticket is recorded.<\/p>\n<p>The Pass provides access to the Roc d&#8217;Enfer ski area (for Roc d&#8217;Enfer Passes) and the Portes du Soleil ski area (for Portes du Soleil Passes).<\/p>\n<p>Passes with a duration exceeding the shortest available duration are strictly personal, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.<\/p>\n<p>Free Passes for children under 5: The accompanying adult must request a free transport ticket for the child and must be able to provide proof of the child&#8217;s age at the ticket counter.<\/p>\n<p>The 5-hour Pass: The time countdown begins as soon as the user passes through the first control gate. It is the user\u2019s responsibility to ensure the validity of their pass for the duration of their stay on the ski area.<\/p>\n<p>The pass is only valid for the current season and expires at the end of each season.<\/p>\n<p>Pass control is carried out by passing through designated control gates or using iPads located at the entrances to the ski lifts.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-60c2949 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"60c2949\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 2: The Media<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1af017d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1af017d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Transport tickets are issued on the following types of media:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Single-use free medium<\/strong>: For pedestrian round-trip, single ascent, and single descent tickets.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rechargeable medium<\/strong>: Available for all other passes at a cost borne by the customer (\u20ac3).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Free passes for children under 5 and adults over 75 must be issued on rechargeable media.<\/p>\n<p>Loyalty points earned during promotional events can only be loaded onto and used with a &#8220;rechargeable&#8221; medium.<\/p>\n<p>Rechargeable media can be reused multiple times within a warranty period of three years.<\/p>\n<p>The warranty only applies to normal use of the medium and includes the issuance of a new medium to replace a defective one. The customer is responsible for reloading &#8220;Soleils&#8221; from their Portes du Soleil loyalty program by logging into their personal &#8220;My Club Portes du Soleil&#8221; account.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-44e0347 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"44e0347\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 3: Photography<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-241f86f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"241f86f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The sale of passes with a duration exceeding 7 days is contingent upon the provision of a recent, frontal identity photograph, without sunglasses or headgear.<\/p>\n<p>This photograph will be retained by Team Axess in its ticketing system to facilitate any future reloads or reissuance of the Ticket.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ae9c0d9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ae9c0d9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 4: PRICES \u2013 Discounts and Free Passes (Children Under 5 and Adults Over 75) or Customer Categories and Rates.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-951e0a3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"951e0a3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>All public prices for the sale of passes, transport tickets, and media are displayed at the points of sale. These prices are expressed in euros and include all taxes.<\/p>\n<p>They are also included in the &#8220;trail map&#8221; brochure (for Roc d&#8217;Enfer passes) and are available on the website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rocdenfer.com\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">www.rocdenfer.com<\/a> and skipass.rocdenfer.com.<\/p>\n<p>Discounts or free passes are offered to different categories of people according to the terms available at the points of sale, upon presentation of the necessary documents justifying the applicable discount at the time of purchase. Non-compliance with police regulations. Non-compliance with decrees, particularly those specifying or prescribing general measures to address public health emergencies.<\/p>\n<p>The customer must carry their pass throughout the entire journey on the ski lift, from the departure area to the arrival area.<\/p>\n<p>The absence of a pass, use of an invalid transport ticket, or failure to comply with the police regulations displayed at the ski lift departure will result in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Payment of a fixed fine extinguishing public action. This fixed fine is equal to FIVE times the value of the corresponding daily transport ticket for the relevant ski lift network (Roc d\u2019Enfer ski area for a Roc d\u2019Enfer pass, Portes du Soleil ski area for a Portes du Soleil pass), possibly increased by processing fees, the amount of which is set by current regulations (Articles L342-15, R342-19, and R342-20 of the Tourism Code, Articles 529-3 and following of the Code of Criminal Procedure, and Article L2241-36 of the Transport Code).<\/li>\n<li>Controllers may request the presentation of any documents justifying the discounts granted to holders of reduced or free transport tickets.<\/li>\n<li>Legal action.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the violator refuses or is unable to provide proof of identity, the controller will immediately report to any officer of the national police who is territorially competent, who may then order the violator to present themselves immediately.<\/p>\n<p>The controller may also proceed to immediately deactivated.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0e251f6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0e251f6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 9: Interruption of the Ski Lifts.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-732f86a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"732f86a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Only a complete stop of more than half a day affecting over 80% of the ski lifts in the Roc d\u2019Enfer ski area can result in compensation for the customer&#8217;s losses upon presentation of their pass and the establishment of a compensation request form issued at the sales points in St Jean d\u2019Aulps or La Ch\u00e8vrerie.<\/p>\n<p>The supporting documents, along with the request form, must be sent to SAEM Roc d\u2019Enfer, 32 Route de la T\u00e9l\u00e9cabine, 74430 St Jean d\u2019Aulps, or by email at <a rel=\"noopener\">regie@rocdenfer.com<\/a> within 30 days.<\/p>\n<p>This compensation may take the following forms, at the customer&#8217;s choice:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An immediate extension of the validity period of the transport ticket.<\/li>\n<li>A credit for five hours or one day (depending on the type of pass purchased) to be used by March 31, 2023, at the latest.<\/li>\n<li>A deferred refund corresponding to the number of days of closure multiplied by the price of the purchased pass, adjusted for the number of days of operation during the validity period of the pass, minus one day of waiting at the current base rate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dc21c74 elementor-widget
